In build-to-suit scenarios, our partners build towers and other vertical infrastructure at locations identified by wireless service providers. While our partners retain ownership and exclusive rights to collocate additional tenants, Vector Infrastructure Group manages the coordination and development process.

 

For towers and other vertical infrastructure constructed in locations selected by Vector Infrastructure Group, we leverage our understanding of customer network requirements to identify sites where multiple wireless providers may need antennas to meet capacity or service demands. We pinpoint optimal locations for new towers and other vertical infrastructure and manage all pre-construction procedures necessary to secure the site while our partners handle the leasing efforts. Once permits are obtained and tenant leases are signed, we can help with ongoing management.
